Launched in 1968 the Mach III (H1) triple was regularly revised and updated, gaining a front disc brake, revised steering geometry and rubber engine mounts among other changes before production ceased in 1976, by which time it had become the KH500. The early bikes had a reputation as an uncompromising high performance motorcycle, light weight and with 60bhp it made them exiting to ride and virtually unbeatable by any bike under 750cc.
Showing 10,715 miles this example was first registered in the UK on 4th Aug. 1971. It is supplied with a small history file with maintenance bills and a few old MoT’s. This is a fine and very original example apart from the repaint of the bodywork carried out in 2013.
